Sinister Speaker offers four different millisecond sweep speeds for a thorough scan between frequencies: 87.5-108 MHz on FM, 522-1710 KHz on AM, and 3200-22000 KHz on shortwave radio.
Capture recordings via TF/SD up to 4GB and unlimited USB 2.0 storage.
No batteries – recharge with a standard Type C cable for up to 4 hours of continuous use.
Backlit menu ensures ease of use in dark spaces.

HOW TO USE
Setup: Place or carry device in target area. Connect headphones via line-in or Bluetooth. Insert TF/MicroSD or USB. Adjust reverb and pitch for optimal audio quality. Let the Sinister Speaker record baseline ambient noise.
Collect, document audio: Pose questions, pausing to allow potential responses. Listen for sounds in the static or upload recorded audio for analysis.

Device Controls:
Reverb/Echo: Turn the knob to control echo.
Delete Recordings Press to erase files.
Record/Playback: Briefly press for recording, press again to play. Hold for more options.
Radio Mode Control: Briefly press for station change or slow playback, hold for backward scan.
Pitch Control: Turn knob to adjust pitch up/down.
Advanced Radio Mode: Press for automatic scanning, hold for pause or fixed channel.
Radio Model Control: Hold for forward scan, briefly press to speed up playback or go to the next station.
Switch Modes: Press to toggle AM, FM, Shortwave, Bluetooth, TF/SD, USB. Defaults to a fixed channel.
Power/Volume: Turn on/off, adjust volume.
